Summer and Regular Headache,Depression, Eye pain, Get good knowledge very simple method.


Daily Sit and sleep, reduce headache, Depression, mind freshness. 

Regularly we have to do morning or evening, at the time of above mentioned, some small method.

How its ?

Sit in flat surface with yoga mate or carpet and put close to wall or head of  bed rest. some people not able to sit in floor, they can use their bed, but same procedure.

First sit straight backside rest of wall should be closely, neck and head should be straight, for neck rest use one or two pillows for your comfort. somebody not require pillow also can do.



Fold your leg by first left leg inside and then fold your right leg, and Hold your hands on the leg position mentioned in the image. and close your eyes, (first time some people not able to do, they do for their comport ).

After that normal breath. how its means not  to do breath your own or deep breath.

Have to look at the breathing, its goes inside and outside.

Until 10 to 15 minutes do this, some people think ,we are working how can I do this 15 minutes.

Up to your own time not 10 or 15 minutes, some people want half an hour, Up to feel sleepy and go to bed. (Note: some time not required time to do, for 2, 3 or 5 minutes also practice) .

Do daily one time not suffer from disease, Anybody have free time try to practice.

Try for Once...

This method workout for all including a child can able to sit we try, from child to any age grow with good knowledge, no age limit.

This method our '' SIDDHA, SAINTS AND ANCIENT ANCESTORS '' practice like this so many knowledge they got.
